2. Membership Fees
- Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees paid to IDLA are non-refundable. Once a membership application is approved and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
- Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. However, the cancellation will not entitle you to a refund of any membership fees already paid. The benefits of your membership will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
3. Event Registrations
- Refund Requests: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, you may request a refund by contacting us at least 14 days prior to the event. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refund requests for event registrations will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- Transfer of Registration: If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 7 days before the event date. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
4. Product Purchases
- Return Eligibility: Products purchased through IDLA can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Digital products and downloadable content are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible product returns will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Workshops and Courses

6. Subscriptions and Services
- Refund Policy: Fees for subscriptions and other ongoing services are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors or significant service disruptions, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription or service at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the subscription or service period. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
